Project summary

In late 2024, we launched Kodezi Cloud to make it easy to track PRs and manage project for team leaders and developers. I led in different capacities such as user research, product direction, and B2B platform building.

Role Overview

My role was to lead the end-to-end process of defining, creating and presenting our 12 month product building. We believe that design possesses the critical skills to be able to show, not just tell, our company and customers where we aim to take our product.

Design process

Discuss the timeline with a client

The most crucial step is to define project goals and how to solve them by using design patterns. Before I even start to craft any design ideas, I’d like to have a vague vision of the end point. At this step, I met the team, set up a timeline and defined the milestones. This agenda is flexible and depends on a team.

Project agenda

At this stage, I developed information architecture. Previous steps allow me to be more certain about pain points. I discussed potential flows with the team and how to avoid UX gaps.

Wireframes

Based on a well-developed journey map and user flow, I created low-fidelity wireframes. The main purpose was to show basic user experience and present it to the team. I believe close communication on this step could reflect on the whole app experience. As a result lo fi and hi-fi wireframes helped to figure out core scenario and enhance some features.

Concept design

Concept design requires the most effort and creativity to come up with a potential idea for the project visualization. I offer to the clients 2-3 different directions and set up a call with a team to get real-time reaction and feedback. It’s important to get team & client thoughts, critique and make collaboration live. Concept design is not the final solution; it’s a tool to understand the flow of the whole project.

Inner screens

I've built more than 200 screens for the inner features like Map management, filters, analysis, export, share, and product ecosystem setup.

Design documentation

Designed and delivered new components based on the business requirements, document design patterns, icons, templates, and custom elements. As a result, new team members were able to dive into the product ecosystem as soon as possible.
