Core Problem
People who are looking for hotel or an apartment for a vacation or a job got a lot of problems across booking process. Sometimes it's really hard to find suitable room, complete check-in or pay with a selected method especially for adults with a kinds or pets.
Outcome
Based on a user problems and project challenges I rebuilt whole platform that can answer the needs and problems of the community in booking. Cross-platfrom should be easy, simple and based on a regular user experience patterns.

User Interview
First of all I want to know more about the target audience. Stakeholder sent me some insights based on his business model and market. This step started from basic questions and specific tasks. I've interviewed small group of people in real life and some of them via Skype to understand issues they had when try to book apartments. Then created survey by Google Forms, you can find a few questions below.
1. Can you tell us about your previous experience booking travel accommodations online?
2. What factors are most important to you when selecting a place to stay during your travels?
3. Have you ever encountered any problems while booking a place to stay online? If so, can you describe the issue and how it was resolved?
4. How do you typically research and compare accommodations before making a booking?
5. Have you used any other similar booking websites before? If so, how does this website compare in terms of user experience and available options?
6. How do you prefer to pay for your accommodations - online or at the property?

Wireframes and Prototyping
A clear visual representation of the layout, navigation, and functionality of the app. It showcases the placement of elements such as buttons, icons, and images, and helps to map out the user flow and interactions within the app.
Home Page
Home page contain core banner, call-to-action form, information about product, promoted suites, benefits and section with a reviews. I designer a minimalistic page with with a simple form. User selected location, dates and qty of the quests. That’s it - your apartment is ready to review
Search Suites
First of all, I created simple template with a good separated content, like a search, list of suites and ability to switch between maps and list view. So, based on a user feedback, letting the user to switch list to map. Map designed with custom colours, icons, zoom and contrast. As a cross-platform product already presented mobile version with the awesome user experience solutions.

Lease the Suites
Users can find information about booking a suite at a hotel, rather than just a standard room. The page might provide information about the different types of suites available at the hotel, such as executive suites, presidential suites, or penthouse suites.
Payment System
As a luxury suite booking system, Limehome allows user to choose the best paying method, save an invoice and generate personal card. It was essential to be transparent about the risk and we provided protected paying system. Trust percent increased by Apple Pay and closed some user gaps here.
An apartment carrying
As a high quality service, LimeHome provide a clean and customer concentrated philosophy. I provided clean and minimalistic design solution on how to show whole information about the company. As a result, users are happy to have an ability to know more about booking industry. These pages help to promote website, we got an additional user traffic around 5-6%.
Result and Metrics
The conversion rate increased by 18 percent in 2 months after the new design was implement. The unique users per month increased by 20%. Overall product metrics increased, too: success rate, sessions, net promoter score and customer satisfaction.
