Role Overview
During my time at Lime Home, I designed web and mobile experience for a booking process. The main task was to create smooth user experience and explain how the product works. Our team conducted user research, user testing and user interviews to understand and close user needs.
Outcome
Based on a user problems and project challenges I rebuilt whole platform that can answer the needs and problems of the community in booking. Cross-platfrom should be easy, simple and based on a regular user experience patterns.
My design solutions increased user conversations by 31% through new user experience.
